PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, and Contemporary Issues from the International Islamic University Malaysia. His educational and research interests include English language and literature, creative and critical thinking, spirituality and mysticism. He is a co-editor of the journal Islam in Asia and a member of the editorial board of the journal Al-Tajdeed. He has designed, coordinated, and taught numerous training courses in English, professional communication, translation, and thinking and management skills.
